Sessions & Fees:
Initial Intake Counseling Session: $150 (60 minutes)
Individual Counseling Session: $125 (50-55 minutes)
Do you accept insurance?
Inspired Light Counseling is in the process of transitioning to a self-pay only business model. This change will support my ability to offer high-quality and client-centered care without the administrative and clinical limitations imposed by insurance companies. If you have insurance with out-of-network (OON) benefits, you will still be able to use this for my services if you choose. In this case, I will issue you a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Your insurance company will walk you through the process of submitting your claim. Please see below for the dates my contract will terminate with each company. After the contracts are terminated, I will no longer be able to bill insurance directly or submit claims on your behalf.

Start the Process
1. Schedule a Session
Please contact me via email, phone, or through the contact form on my website to schedule an initial session. Once we have found a mutually convenient time, I will send you the intake forms via an online portal. Forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the initial session.
2. Initial Intake Session
The primary focus of the initial session is for us to get to know each other and determine whether we will be a good fit working together. We will discuss the issue/s that prompted you to seek counseling, your history, and your goals for counseling during this session.
3. Ongoing Sessions
During ongoing sessions, we will be digging deeper into your psyche and subconscious. This is where we can identify problematic thinking patterns and unhelpful beliefs so that we can reframe and release what is not benefiting you.
