Who I Work Best With:

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start therapy. Your journey begins with willingness. A willingness to dive deep, meet yourself with honesty, and trust that you can handle whatever comes up, even when it’s uncomfortable.

We might be a good fit if:

  • You’re tired of planning your day around your anxiety and want to confidently make decisions without wasting time overthinking or getting stuck in decision fatigue.

  • You’re done with people-pleasing and hiding your true self just to feel safe, accepted, or fit in.

  • You know your past is still impacting you and you’re ready to heal those parts on a deep level.

  • You’re spiritually curious or attuned and have dabbled in things like: meditation, crystals, or other divination practices, but still feel like something is missing inside.

  • You’re open to a counselor who’s a little sarcastic, laughs through the messiness, and may or may not have a habit of dropping F💣’s in session 🤫.

  • You long to feel truly whole and experience inner peace (even if you can’t imagine what that looks like yet).

If this feels like a fit, I’d love to meet you. Click Schedule Now to book your session!

I might not be your cup of tea (and that’s okay)…

This may not be the place for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix and want to focus on coping skills or “managing” your anxiety. I take my clients on a deep inner journey that involves healing from anxiety, not just managing it. That journey will take time and effort.

  • You’re not ready to explore your inner world or patterns. This work involves your willingness to look at different parts of yourself (including the ones you usually hide) and sitting with uncomfortable emotions.

  • You’re not able or willing to engage in self-reflection. If you’re unwilling to question old habits, beliefs, or thought patterns, it will be harder to do this type of deeper work.

  • You don’t want to explore your past. True healing often involves circling back to the past. We don’t have to go through every detail, but we address unresolved emotions (stored in the body) and the beliefs that you formed about yourself or the world.

  • You prefer a therapist that is very clinical, structured, and formal in sessions. I am more informal and relaxed (i.e., I will likely be barefoot, cuss words are part of my general vocabulary, and I don’t plan sessions rigidly because I trust that we will both be intuitively guided where we need to go.)

If any of these sound like you, you may want to continue your search to find another therapist in Augusta, GA, who’s a better fit. Still unsure? I invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation with me.

What Working Together Looks Like

I approach healing with a mind-body-spirit perspective because true healing doesn’t happen only in the mind. It happens in the body and is felt in the soul.

In our sessions, we dive deep into your inner world to get to know the parts of you that hold anxiety, overwhelm, shame, and pain from your past. You’ll learn to notice what’s happening inside of you and how to work with these parts rather than against them, so they can finally feel seen and accepted.

Through this gentle process, you’ll begin to feel more whole, grounded, and at home within yourself. Many clients leave therapy feeling like a version of themselves they never could have imagined.

The Transformation

When you boldly walk through the shards of your own brokenness and begin putting those pieces back together, you will rediscover a truth that you have forgotten…you always have been and always will be…enough, just as you are, imperfectly perfect, and beautifully unique.

You might be wondering…

What if I’ve never done this type of deep inner work before?

You don’t need any experience with therapy or spiritual work for us to work well together. I’ll guide you through the process, but we’ll move at your pace. Much of this work is about getting to know different parts of you, the ones that hold your pain as well as the ones that hold your power. The most important thing is your willingness to approach therapy (and yourself) with curiosity and compassion.

What if I’m new to exploring spirituality, will this still work for me?

Absolutely! My approach blends traditional therapy with a mind-body-spirit perspective, but this work can still be effective even if you don’t identify as spiritual or have just started your spiritual journey. This process is about helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and guidance. Whether you’re seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, or trauma, this work can help you feel more grounded, centered, and at ease with yourself.

What if I’m still not sure you’re the right therapist for me?

That’s exactly why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation! It gives you a chance to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and see if we’re a good fit. If I don’t believe I’m the right therapist for you, I’ll let you know at the end of our call. My goal is for you to feel confident about the therapist you choose, whether that’s me or another therapist in Augusta, GA. If you’re unsure about starting therapy, you can also explore Reiki Healing sessions as another way to begin your healing journey.

True healing means shedding the identity that was formed around your pain and stepping into your authentic self. Are you ready to begin that journey?
