Is This Right for You?
You don’t have to be wildly intuitive, totally in alignment, or spiritually “together” to begin this work. You have to be willing to dive deep, face yourself with honesty and compassion—and open to the possibility that life can be better on the other side of healing.
We might be a good fit if:
You're constantly second-guessing yourself, even though part of you knows what you want.
You’re tired of people-pleasing, being a chameleon, and hiding your true self just to feel safe or accepted by others.
You know that there has to be more to life than anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm.
You want to feel confident in your choices and know that you’re making the best decisions for you.
You're ready (or ready-ish) to stop abandoning yourself and start honoring what’s true for you.
You’re spiritually curious—you’ve dabbled in things like journaling, meditation, or oracle cards—but feel disconnected from your own inner knowing.
You’re open to a counselor who can be sarcastic and is known to drop F💣’s in session 🤫.
You long to feel truly whole and complete.

✨If any part of you is whispering maybe this is what I need, you’re not imagining it. That’s your inner truth reaching for the surface. ✨
And maybe you've been wondering things like…

If you’ve tried something before and didn’t get the results you were hoping for, it’s completely normal to question whether it would work this time. It can make you scared to get your hopes up because you don’t want to feel disappointed if it doesn’t work. This is most likely your “protector part” chiming in and trying to keep you safe.
Unfortunately, there is never a guarantee when it comes to counseling. Our work together focuses on creating a deep inner connection because that’s what creates the space for you to actually hear your inner wisdom. That connection helps you accept the things you’ve always known to be true, but have been too afraid to admit. This connection also helps to bring you back into soul alignment which helps create a sense of inner safety to allow you to be the version of you that you incarnated to be. The goal is to help you remember the parts of yourself that you’ve had to hide, silence, or abandon.

You don’t need a certain belief system to do this work. If you’re navigating questions around meaning, purpose, or your spiritual path—especially if old beliefs no longer resonate—this is a safe space to explore what’s true for you.

This is totally normal especially if opening up is not something you do with most people in your life. It’s okay to take baby steps here. You don’t have to open up all at once. Most people will open up in stages. Believe it or not, this allows you to create a deeper connection with yourself because you get to explore yourself at multiple levels, all the way from the human or “ego” self to the deepest parts of your soul.

That’s exactly what we’ll work on together. Rebuilding trust within yourself-your body, your emotions, and your intuition. When you are able to be honest with yourself about your own experiences, trust in yourself automatically starts to build.

It’s normal for intense feelings to come up during the counseling process. These are usually unresolved emotions that you stuffed, swallowed, or hid and they NEED to come out as part of your healing process. Actually feeling the feelings is part of how you reconnect with your inner world and your inner truth.
That said, we will move at your pace through this process. Allowing your feelings to exist in their raw form is a part of how you develop real trust within yourself.
